CHOOSE A CREMATION PACKAGE
The first step is to choose a cremation package, order death certificates, select an urn and pay for our services. If you are not able to make payment online, please let us know. Payment can also be made in person during regular business hours or alternatively you can mail us a cashiers check or a money order.
COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION
Registration is the second step in our three-step cremation process. By completing the registration form you are giving us the information that we need to handle the cremation arrangements. The form contains confidential and private information. Because we use this information to complete the death certificate, notify social security and secure the necessary authorizations and permits it is necessary that we have the form completed in it’s entirety.
SIGN THE AUTHORIZATIONS
The third step is to complete the legal authorizations that allow us to perform the cremation. In Texas the legal next-of-kin is/are the only person(s) that may authorize the cremation of a deceased person (unless prior legal arrangements have been made). Texas Law requires that in addition to the Cremation Authorization, you sign a Denial of Embalming, a Disclosure and Disclaimer and a Statement of Goods and Services.
